02. Investor Onboarding & Executive Consultation
All prospective commercial agreements require initial consultation review. Executive meetings booked at luxury partner venues (such as the Taj Hotel or client premises) require prior identity confirmation and financial qualification verification by our onboarding panel.

05. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from web portals or preliminary engagements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
